I love comming here and it’s always a surprise to see who’s in the back working in the kitchen. I always keep my eye out for 2 people mainly if you see either a tall young man with a goatee and muscles or a cute arab man with a beard just know your food will be prepared with love and it’ll always be super fresh I’ve never complained about the work done in the kitchen and I wish I could thank them in person.

I’m so glad I’ve finally got to know all there names it only took me a couple weeks but I’m so proud to say Paymen, moosa and luis have great team work and communication I see moosa always switching roles and even making coffees at one point. I rarely see all of them together but they are so good at customer service and care they will treat you so well will fresh food and a great mouth for customers

I went to this Maccas for the first time, and it was amazing. All the food was incredibly hot and fresh. The girl taking my order was Chloe, and she was so sweet and fantastic at her job. I had a great first experience and appreciated her customer service. Will be coming back definitely, hope Chloe will be there

There was 2 cute boys in the back who made my food, the food was extremely fresh, one of then were wearing a blue shirt with a nice beard, his name sounded something like moose, the other one had a nice little goatee and his name sounded very italian, luis was his name, both excellent workers, deserve a high pay raise

Last night ordering the $2 Big Mac promotion on 3-11-22 meant there was alot customers flocking in to get in on the special.. McDonald's Fairfield I'm impressed with the way they got through all the orders smoothly, quickly, crowd control & long queues were minimised efficiently with fast service.. Hats off to the staff for managing this effectively & delivering orders in a timely manner.. Who ever was the manager on duty for the $2 Big Mac promotion has great customer & restaurant management skills.. Along with the staff who were rostered on.. Also the bins were not over flowing & tables were cleared after customers, the restaurant looked tidy considering the amount of customer flow.. Now as for the food, the burger, I can't fault the taste, it was hot, fresh & the Big Mac looked decent enough for a photo! Despite, it being reduced in size proportion, as every year the size of their burgers get smaller & smaller... They also provide thick paper straws, with their drinks instead of plastic, which is all good, if only the straw didn't turn into paper mesh when placed in the drink longer than 10 min.. If you going to use this paper straw, I advise to drink it with in 5 mins or the straw will start to soak up your drink... They need to coat the paper straws with something to stop it from soaking up the liquid.. Update: On the day of the $1 cheese burger promotion 7-11-22, customer service, at front counter was great, restaurant was clean, much quieter today with the customer flow.. All the Kiosk ordering boards had run out of printing paper.. So you had to remember your order number when paying over the counter. However when picking up my order, it was left on top of the counter, & no one had called out my number.. I had waited for about 10 min, when my order was actually ready straight away, but it was just sitting on top of the counter... No one bothered to call out my number, when it was ready.. Now as for my order the classic crispy chicken salad, it had missing the pepitas sachet.. The salad was mainly lettuce in a box with 3 small cherry tomatoes & no cucumbers, with the cut up small pieces of crispy grilled chicken thrown on top.. The crispy chicken tasted nice, but with the missing items from the salad, it felt that the crispy grilled chicken classic salad was incomplete & looked like an order of a side garden salad instead. .. Which is exactly what it consists of, mainly lettuce.. & a few cherry tomatoes.. I swapped the balsamic dressing to an aoili dressing.. Glad I did, as it works well with the crispy chicken.. Would I order it again? Probably not.. The cheese burger had missing pickled cucumbers & onion, that should be well, with in the burger... Very little tomato & mustard sauce but it still looked OK.. The night of the Small Quarter Pounder Meal + Cheese Burger Promotion on the 23-11-22. My burgers had missing mustard sauce & pickles Additional update: On the 24-11-22 the day of the $3 McChicken Burger Promotion, customer service today was top notch, it was easy, smooth & quick.. You can tell it was probably the same management & staff that was rostered on the 3-11-22 which was the day of the $2 Big Mac Burger promotion. Once again there was a large customer flow into store for the $3 McChicken promotion. Staff at the front counter register presented a calm, happy, organised & pleasant atmosphere. There was very little customer complaints tonight, meaning less people holding up the queue ensuring quick service with a relaxed atmosphere. The tables were clean, restaurant tidy & bins emptied. My McChicken Burger order was made fresh according to preference, served hot & looked how A McChicken Burger should with adequate lettuce, mayo in a fresh bun. On Maccas 30th b'day.. complimentary Cappucino was great.. Love the Maccas Classic Cookies.. A fave with their McCafe Coffees.. Loved The 'Fillet o Fish' burger, was made hot & fresh as was the fries. The buns were soft & fresh. The burger was the size of a cheese burger but still tasted great & had adequate tartare sauce.

I usually come here during my lunch breaks as I work inside neeta city I come here at 3-4 and i always get a good experience but on the weekend it’s always this handsome man wearing a blue shirt and he has a beard he always makes my food to perfection and always so hot to the touch which is very outstanding work from him and he definitely deserves to be rewarded for keeping customers happy.

So many kids during school time… Still plenty of car spaces.
